"EPOROUS K-1 and K-3", Chelate Resin for Fluorine Adsorption
 
  Fluorine in industrial waste water is severely regulated in Japan, up to 15 ppm of 8 ppm. The sources of water containing fluorine are such various factories as of electric lamps, Braun tubes, semiconductors,glass, steel, stainless steel etc.
  EPOROUS K-1 and K-3 have been specially developed for removal of fluorine in the waste water. They are the special chelate resins to selectively adsorb fluorine free ions (K-1) and complex ions (K-3). EPOROUS K-1 and K-3 can remove fluorine in waste water so effectively, that the water treated with them can pass any civil or industrial regulation standards and be used again for industrial and general purposes.
 
Features
1) Selectively adsorbe fluorine free ions (K-1) and complex ions (K-3) in water.
2) High adsorption capacity enable them to remove fluorine ions up to very low concentration.
3) Even in coexistence of other ions the resins show a good adsorption capacity.
4) Easiness of recovery makes possible their repeated use without any decrease of capacity.
5) Good resistance to chemicals, acid and alkali.
